A DOUBLE-AMPUTEE war veteran has called out a newspaper columnist who dismissed Prince Harry's military service record, claiming that he 'cried for his mum' while fighting in Afghanistan.
Amanda Platell, who writes for the Daily Mail, used social media to convey a message about recent comments made by Prince Harry.
She wrote: "When will self-pitying Harry stop whining about himself? Two brief tours of Afghanistan made him cry for his Mum. Never wounded.
