STEVEN Schumacher has declared Plymouth Argyle will have to play at 100 per cent every single week' to be competitive in the Championship.
He has warned should the standards fall below that, as was the case in the 4-1 defeat by Bristol City at Ashton Gate on Tuesday night, then the Pilgrims will get punished.
Argyle will get the chance to make amends for that poor performance and result today, but taking on fifthplaced Norwich City at a sold-out Home Park will be no easy task.
Schumacher said: "We can try and put it right on Saturday. Over the years when we have had tough results at this club we have always spoke honestly about it.
