IBRAHIM Cissoko has emerged as a real attacking threat for Plymouth Argyle at the start of the Championship campaign and that has made Morgan Whittaker very happy.
Whittaker was Argyle's attacking talisman last season, ending up with 20 goals in all competitions, but he became a marked man by the opposition, who would often double up on him defensively. They became all too aware of his shooting ability when cutting inside onto his left foot.
Cissiko was brought in by Argyle during pre-season on loan from French Ligue 1 club Toulouse and the Dutch under-21 international has come up with some dazzling displays on the opposite side of the pitch to Whittaker, most notably when he scored twice off the bench in the 3-1 victory over Luton Town at Home Park.
