According to police, the juveniles thought that the madrassa would declare a holiday following the child's death and they could go to their homes. The police have apprehended all three minors.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (northeast) Joy Tirkey said a call was received regarding the death of the boy in Brijpuri madrasa at 9.52 pm on Friday.
