UP presents its 2nd supplementary budget worth ₹17.8K cr in Assembly

THE Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday presented its second supplementary budget of ₹17,865.72 crore, which includes new proposals worth ₹790.49 crore for 2024-25.

It was tabled in the state assembly on the second day of Winter Session by UP finance minister Suresh Khanna in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Earlier, the Yogi government had presented a supplementary budget of ₹12,209.93 crore. With both combined, the total budget for the financial year 2024-25 stands at ₹7,66,513.36 crore.
