166 public grievances resolved in state govt's Karuthalum Kaithangum in Meenachil taluk

A TOTAL of 166 complaints were resolved in the Karuthalum Kaithangum adalat, an initiative of the state government aimed at addressing public grievances, held in Meenachil taluk on Friday.

In the adalat held in Pala, which was attended by ministers V N Vasavan and Roshi Augustine, 72 of the 76 complaints that were submitted online for adalat's consideration were resolved prior to the event. Additionally, of 259 complaints received on the day, 94 were resolved immediately. For the remaining complaints, various departments have been tasked with taking action within 15 days and updating the applicants accordingly.

In total, 335 applications were received.
