REALISING the need to provide job-based training to the youth and students of Davangere district, MP Dr Prabha Mallikarjun visited the headquarters of Q-spiders Training and Placement and Test Equipment Software Company in Bengaluru and discussed with Q-spiders Founder and CEO Girish Ramanna over providing training to meet the needs of industry.
She said that thousands of students from Davangere district are going to Bengaluru to receive job-based training after graduation. Realising that a lot of money is being spent on training fee, food and accommodation for the students, Dr Prabha held discussions with District Minister S S Mallikarjun and considered conducting training in Davangere under the aegis of SS Care Trust.
She held talks with Girish, CEO of Q-Spiders, who has committed to providing necessary training centres and infrastructure for students of Davangere. Girish agreed to provide training in Davangere itself for free under the company's Corporate Social Responsibility project.
