AT least 38 people were killed after a passenger jet flying from Azerbaijan to Russia crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan on Wednesday, according to Kazakhstan officials. There were 67 people on board, including five crew members. Both pilots of the flight were also reportedly killed in the accident. A total of 29 survivors, including two children, have been hospitalized.
