Senior doctors and a delegation from the West Bengal Junior Doctors Front (WBJDF) held a joint press conference with Delhi Resident Doctors Associations (RDAs) seeking national support for their justice amid the standoff with the West Bengal government.
The doctors accused the Kolkata Police of evidence tampering and demanding a thorough probe by the CBI. Subarna Goswami, a prominent member of the Joint Forum of Doctors, sought accountability, stating, "We want the Kolkata Police Commissioner to be removed and a probe to find out under whose direction he was acting," said Dr Goswami.
