Visiting US Department of State Undersecretary for arms control and international security affairs Bonnie Jenkins will attend the Strategic Trade Management Summit, where President Marcos is expected to provide the keynote address.

Jenkins will also meet with other Philippine officials during her visit in Manila from Sept. 8 to 9.
