Expressing deep sorrow over reports of farmer suicides, Patnaik emphasized the urgency for swift government intervention to provide relief to the distressed.
Touring affected districts, Patnaik remarked, "The situation is dire. Farmers are losing not just their crops but their hope. Suicides have been reported, and immediate action is essential. Our government acted swiftly in the past; the current administration must do the same. I will raise this issue at the highest level."
