The agency asked Mr Kejriwal to be present on 16 April at the CBI's headquarters here at 11 a.m, informed sources said on Friday. This development comes even as former Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia continues to languish in judicial custody in the same case.
Confirming the development, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh said: "A notice has been served by CBI. On 16th April, Arvind Kejriwal will appear before them."
