Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday again attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP government at the Centre over the Women's Reservation Bill, asking why there is no OBC quota in the Bill.
Mr Gandhi, addressing a public rally in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh, also asked why there are only three OBC officers amongst the 90 top officials who run the Modi government.
Mr Gandhi also said that when the Congress comes to power, the first thing it would do is conduct a caste-based census in the country.
The Congress leader made a scathing attack on the Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led BJP government in Madhya Pradesh, alleging the saffron party has made MP the most corrupt state.
He was addressing a large gathering during the Congress party's ongoing 'Jan Aakrosh Yatra' in MP at Polaykalan in Kalapipal, blowing the poll bugle in what amounted to his first election rally here ahead of the Assembly elections due later this year.
