Delhi police to move plea at FSL for Aaftab's narco test

They were shouting, “Hatyare ko phansi do (hang the killer)”.

Arguing that his custody was needed to collect more evidence and solve the case, the police had sought extension of the custody by 10 days but the magistrate allowed it to be extended by five days.

Since Aaftab did not have a lawyer to represent him, he was represented by a legal aid counsel, Abinash Kumar.

The other court of metropolitan magistrate Vijayshree Rathore allowed Delhi police to go ahead with the narco test after Aaftab, through video conferencing, agreed to it.
