BIG BEN REVELS IN FRESH START...

The 30-year-old, who has not played since suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury last October, was released by Sheffield Wednesday in the summer.

He has become new manager Lee Johnson's first signing as Cod Army boss and is eager to get back playing after his lengthy road to recovery.

"It was tough, I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone," he told the club website.
