And Millerick, who himself took the club from Step 5 to Step 3 in a trophy-laden five-year spell in charge of the Row, believes the togetherness of the group, instilled by the former Knaphill bosses, is a key factor in the club's progression this season.
"I'm very happy at the moment," Millerick told The NLP. "All the tell-tale signs that things were going to go well fairly early on in pre-season are beginning to show.
