Price £29,745 Berths 2 MIRO 1211kg MTPLM 1335kg
FOR 2025, Coachman is extending its Acadia range with an end-washroom, two-berth model. The line-up itself gets a freshen-up on the inside, along with some furniture re-engineering to reduce overall weight.
Does it make a compelling proposition? We took a look at the new model at the brand's 2025 season launch this summer.
Pitch and set-up
The first difference you notice in the new Acadias are the 3D graphics on the outside. Last year's dark red and grey decals have given way to a cooler blue tone, although the silver sides remain.
You still get those Coachman touches, such as the external barbecue point and mains socket in the front nearside corner. The step-on A-frame means that you could mount a bike rack here, with less effect on towing. The twin gas bottle lockers should still be at least partially accessible in that case. There is also an external door to the underseat locker on the nearside.
Lounge
The 460 has enough room to make the entrance comfortably homely, with a lit mirror to the right as you come in, and a double cupboard ideal for shoes.
Turn left and ahead is an elegant lounge with new superior foam construction that is very supportive. You even get a bolster at both ends of each parallel settee. A large panoramic sunroof lets in loads of daylight, as do the Heki and the big side windows.
