1 Whether your outdoor table and chairs are wood, metal, plastic or wicker, one surprising ingredient is supreme at cleaning them all. "Club soda," says Austin Jones, cleaning specialist for Millennium Facility Services in Georgia. "It's mildly acidic, and when coupled with the fizzing action of the carbonation, it lifts dirt, grime and mildew and is especially good at getting into all those dirty crevices."
