It’s the easiest way to see the world, but 21% of us* find flying nerve-racking. But why? ‘While air travel is incredibly safe and highly regulated, fear can be made up of anxiety around turbulence, claustrophobia, fear of heights, fear of the unknown, or not being in control,’ explains Mark Wein, course director of the easyJet Fearless Flyer course. The good news is, there are ways to calm your fears.
