Coleen Nolan has been nursing a broken heart since her year-long romance with supermarket logistics worker Michael Jones ended earlier this year. A source told Woman’s Own at the time that Michael ended things because he ‘struggled with having such a public relationship’ and that Coleen, 57, felt ‘embarrassed’ over being dumped. And a source has now told us that Coleen is feeling lonely and is ready to give love another go. ‘All her kids are in relationships and have moved out. Coleen’s already spoken about having empty nest syndrome and it’s really hit hard,’ they said. ‘She lives out in the countryside, far away from friends and her sisters. She has her animals to keep her company, but that’s about it.’
But with a smile back on her face and her recent admission that she’s a ‘romantic’ at heart, revealing, ‘I’m always open to meeting somebody and falling in love’ - does Coleen already have a man in her life again?
