Nicola Rodriguez, 46, lives in Brentwood, Essex.
I've always been a very chatty, affectionate person, whether I'm in a relationship or not. Whether it's a reassuring arm squeeze, an arm around the waist or a lovely cuddle, being tactile is just in my nature. In fact, when my last relationship ended two years ago, it was a relief to be able to spend time with friends again, without having to worry.
