As he returns to This Morning, Phillip Schofield confesses he leans on colleagues in dark times

He’s been on our screens as the co-host of This Morning for 20 years, and it seems the show is much more than just a job for Phillip Schofield. The star, who turned 60 earlier this year, has confessed that he relies on co-host Holly Willoughby, 41, and their This Morning family for much more than just work banter and the odd cup of tea.

Speaking about his return to the sofa this week, Phillip said, ‘This Morning is more than just a show, it’s such a lovely group of people to come to work with and you do miss that. It’s not really a job, it’s more than a job, it’s much, much more than that. And I’m not gonna lie, This Morning is one of my support groups, and that’s a lovely thing to have.’
