EXERCISE AT THE RIGHT TIME TO LOSE WEIGHT

Set your alarm – women could benefit the most if they exercise between 6am and 8am.* One study found that women burned more body fat during morning exercise, whereas evenings seemed to be a better time for men to exercise.
