In recent years, the role of women in business has evolved, with many now taking up leadership roles and making a significant impact in various industries. Peddu Rao Lakshmi, the founder of Solvix Focus India, serves as an inspiring example. She is from the small city of Allahabad and after marriage shifted to Hyderabad. With an impressive background in Chemistry and HR, she worked at Maruti Suzuki, received the Best Employee award, and served as the Director of Strategic HR at a CMML-3 IT company. Her passion for helping students gain skills in the pharmaceutical industry and secure top placements showcases the importance of perseverance and determination in pursuing one's aspirations.
