"You can be very successful right from the beginning," confirms the video creator and bestselling Healthy Keto Plan author Eric Berg, DC. Why is belly fat so darn hard to lose? Dr. Berg says we can blame frequent blood-sugar spikes caused by sugary and starchy foods. In other words, your belly gets the sugar as your cells go hungry.
