Meditation can be as superficial or deep as the human mind, and focused on as many
different objects as humans aspire to become. The most profound systems don’t cost a
cent—like the air we breathe and the love we receive, they are the essence of life itself.
This month, we dive in deep, to explore the many facets of meditation and intention. We
hear from Daaji, Lynne McTaggart, Mirabai Bush, Ichak Adizes, Monica Verma-
Vachery, and Senthil Viswanathan. We also have a visual celebration of meditation
through the artworks of Narendra Kini. And to share some tips on general health and
vitality we hear from ecologist, B. Rathinasabapathy, and nutritionist, Simonne Holm.
And for our children, we have a great story on leadership qualities from Sara Bubber.
