THE SERIAL KILLER’S EX-GIRLFRIEND SHARES SHOCKING NEW DETAILS IN HER REVISED MEMOIR
MY LIFE WITH TED BUNDY

Ted Bundy may be one of the world’s most notorious serial killers. But only one woman truly knew the man behind the murders.

Elizabeth Kloepfer, a single mother of a young girl named Molly, dated Bundy between 1969 and 1974 – and he even acted as a surrogate father to her daughter.

Bundy and the young, blonde-haired secretary began dating around the time the serial killer embarked on his sadistic murder spree.

The pair had a seemingly normal relationship. They enjoyed Christmases together, trips to the lake and had a healthy sex life.

“The chemistry between us was incredible,” she wrote in her book The Phantom Prince: My Life With Ted Bundy. “I was already planning the wedding and naming the kids.

But under Elizabeth’s nose, Bundy was committing brutal rapes and murders of young women across the US.

She had not the faintest idea of her boyfriend’s secret blood lust – that is until Elizabeth saw a composite sketch of a suspect that looked eerily similar to Bundy.

A young woman in Salt Lake City had survived an attempted kidnapping and had described her would-be abductor to the police. The sketch was even labelled ‘Ted’.
