to need calendars, and years, to help mark the
passage of time, and beginnings and ends. And
so it is that this is the month we all decide to
start afresh and try new things.
Inevitably, the focus shifts to wellbeing, with
many of us deciding to make the start of a new
year the ideal time to start off on a new health
or fitness regime.
