BARBELL BENCH PRESS Lie on a flat bench,
with the barbell on a rack at a reachable
height. Using a medium-width grip and
palms facing forward, lift the bar from
the rack and hold it over the head with
arms locked. Slowly lower the bar toward
the chest without letting it touch. Raise it
back up without locking the elbows
