Should you buy a home in Charlotte now? Should you rent? Where do you even start? Our annual real estate issue helps to answer some of those questions and more. Only this year, we added an entire feature package on the future of transportation in the city. The result is a magazine packed with stories about our city — where it is now and where it’s going. It includes stories of people like the Wells family, who live in Charlotte’s hottest zip code but refuse to sell because of one very personal reason.
