It is with pride and pleasure that we publish the George Stevens Academy student honor parts and photos on this week's front page. Brooklin plans to vote again on the major renovation proposal for the town's school. The anticipated closure dates for the Blue Hill Falls Bridge are updated. A local man completes his 500th run up Blue Hill Mountain. And, at a recent select board meeting, the topic of dogs in Blue Hill’s Seaside Cemetery comes up again, but no action is taken.

The Weekly Packet has been serving the Blue Hill Peninsula for the last five decades. It shares the stories and news of Blue Hill, Brooklin, Brooksville, Sedgwick and Surry, Maine.
