Project: Nho Saigon, Mumbai ARCHITECTS: MUSELAB IN COLLABORATION WITH JETSONS Integrating a mix of traditional and contemporary aesthetics in its interiors, this Vietnamese restaurant transports you to the bustling streets and markets of Saigon

Tucked away in the commercial district of Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai, Nho Saigon offers a fresh take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine paired with signature crafted meads. The refreshing colour palette of its interiors is reminiscent of scenes from busy Vietnamese markets and streets, with the storefront enveloped in custom-made sculptural cane curtains. Given the secluded and constrained nature of the site, like the bustling streets of Vietnam, the architects imagined creating a dining space that could provide a relaxed and transient bistro vibe during the day and transform into a busy lounge by night.
