Tata DLT turned Tata International Vehicle Applications Pvt. Ltd. (TIVAPL) with effect January 18, 2022. With its early roots traced back to 2005, the early roots of the company under its new brand identity remain intact. As that company which started off as an exclusive trailer solution provider to Tata Motors Ltd., the customer-centric DNA persists. 18 years later, with access to the open market, TIVAPL today caters to all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), transporters and institutional customers as a leading trailer manufacturer coming a long way. Bagging the ‘Special Application Builder Of The Year’ award at Apollo CV Awards 2023, Rajeev Batra, Chief Executive Officer at the company thanked the company’s customers. He especially hailed Gautam Freight of the Friends Group for having given TIVAPL an opportunity to take a crack at the challenge it faced. This led to the development of a new trailer solution.
