30th Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, Queensland, Australia; May 24-27, 2018
THIS YEAR’S SANCTUARY COVE INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW (SCIBS) benefited from excellent weather as 45,866 people passed through its gates over four days, almost a nine per cent increase on last year’s attendance.
Gulf Craft’s Majesty 100 Oneworld was among 180 boats on water – up from 135 in 2017 – while there were also 275 boats on land and more than 300 individual exhibitors.
“It has been a great event, with tens of thousands of people turning out to enjoy the sunshine and the great atmosphere,” said Johan Hasser, General Manager of SCIBS. “Visitor numbers are up on last year and our exhibitors have benefited, with many generating major sales results.”
