Mr. Bijender Kumar Panchal, Managing Director and a visionary who started this mission in year 2000 with nearly zero investment is managing few thousand guards under one roof. He shared that “almost fifty to sixty percent staff are the ones who have been with our agency since its very beginning”. It takes a lot of skill and empathy to retain the employees for so long, which the company has overcome though.

Mr. Panchal had started the agency with an idea of providing a platform for the young men who were a good fit for physically demanding roles and the clients who could not do without such services.

But efficient management and consistent up-gradation directed him to enlarge their business model onto various other dimensions like utility management, Firefighting services, green refurbishment and space planning. Moreover they have been able to come up with more number of pivotal staff support like mechanical and electrical jobs, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, landscaping, even Janitorial cleaning and pest control.

The managing team is happy with present GST scheme and is successfully taking care of their staff along with accommodation, meals and trainings. It has also been awarded by the Government of NCT Delhi, Department of labor and several other government bodies.
