In September 2021, the bull 'Paratrooper R38' broke the Australian record for a black Angus bull when he was sold for AU$280 000 (about R3,15 million, adjusted for inflation). The bull was sold by Millah Murrah Angus Stud in Central New South Wales to Brooklane Angus Stud in Dorrigo.
Millah Murrah Angus also holds the record for the second-highest priced Angus bull in Australia, which was sold for AU$225 000 (R2,53 million).

In December 2021, the heifer 'Mercury Red Unbeatable Kim ET sold for a whopping €13 200 (R218 000) at the Irish Angus Cattle Society's Elite Show and Sale in Carrick-on-Shannon. She was sold by John Murphy and Shane Murphy of Banteer in Cork to Lisseycasey in Clare.
