She’s weathered a number of storms in recent months over husband Kanye’s West’s controversial behaviour and wild outbursts – with the rapper facing a shocking backlash over his support for President Trump, bizarre claims that slavery “is a choice” and most recently insisting he was moving from their family home in LA back to his native Chicago.

But insiders say Kim Kardashian felt pushed to her limit after Kanye’s latest rant on Saturday Night Live.

As Kim, 37, and daughter North, five, watched from backstage, the rapper 41, was jeered at while making an impromptu speech defending his support for the controversial President, while wearing a hat with the leader’s slogan, “Make America great again”.

Now insiders say the reality star’s family – particularly mum Kris Jenner – are urging her to stage an emergency separation from Kanye for the sake of her reputation.
