The top-secret Pentagon program came to light when patents for deadly devices were filed by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Insiders hoped the designs would fly under the radar, says an expert, who insists “the UFO patents” reveal the military conducted tests of the otherworldly hardware as part of a program overseen by Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais, a former aerospace engineer at NAWCAD.
