Fans were shocked last week when it was reported that Katie Price had admitted to taking cocaine to “numb her pain” following the breakdown of her marriage to Kieran Hayler. The 40 year old is said to have told friends that, with all the heartbreak from catching husband Kieran cheating on her three times, she used it when she’d been drinking. Her friend said, “It was her way of coping, to blot things out. She was in a tough place emotionally, but knows that is no excuse.
