Embrace a skincare routine, embrace CTM— cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. These steps are not only vital for glowing, fresh-looking skin but are also absolutely basic for skin hygiene. Stick to the order for the desired results. But note detox through exfoliation at least once a week for fine-looking, rejuvenated skin. No amount of CTM will help if there’s a layer of dead cells blocking the glow. Most importantly, be regular if you want results to show. Sunscreen during the day is nonnegotiable, even indoors. If it’s a day wedding, remember to put some on so you don’t look too flushed in photographs.
