ROOKIE scuba diver Roland Constable narrowly avoided a watery grave in Maine when he was struck by a boat and sliced by its propeller!
The Smithfield resident, who was on his fourth dive since getting certified, escaped the June accident with non-life-threatening injuries. But the 55-year-old father of two has already jumped back into his new pastime.
