Jorgie Porter on hiding her pregnancy while filming Hollyoaks and her hopes for a wedding abroad

Actress Jorgie Porter is understandably on cloud nine after revealing that she will soon be welcoming a baby with her husband-to-be Ollie Piotrowski.

Showing the first hints of a baby bump in a white strapless dress on the red carpet at The British Soap Awards 2022, Jorgie, 34, couldn’t hide her smile. But she exclusively told new that it’s been tough to keep her exciting news under wraps on the Hollyoaks set.

“I’ve been keeping it in, a secret, the whole time, and now… finally!”

Jorgie – who plays Theresa McQueen on the Channel 4 soap – looked sensational as she joked that she has been doing her “best acting” in hiding her pregnancy.

“Obviously my outfits for Theresa are not pregnant-friendly, so yeah it’s good to reveal it.” Jorgie added, “I think, honestly, I’ve been doing my best acting just hiding it and pretending I’ve been OK, which you know, is kind of annoying, as you just want to be like, ‘Guys, hug me!’”
