Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted house hunting last week after delighting fans with the happy news that they are engaged again.

The loved-up pair are now looking for a new place together in LA after a deal to buy a $55 million mansion in Bel-Air fell through. Their engagement comes 18 years after they called off their romance. While there was no happy ever after last time, friends say the A-list couple are now determined to make it down the aisle.

"This is it," a source told new. “This time they are in for the long run. Before, they were both just making it out in the industry and there was so much pressure. But now they're both more confident and secure in themselves, and it just works."
