Pregnant Lauren's plan to overhaul her diet

The star is going on a health kick as she prepares to become a first-time mum

Lauren Goodger has vowed to change her diet, with friends close to the mum-to-be telling new she’s doing everything she can to keep her baby healthy.

The star is expecting her first child with Charles Drury, 23, in July. After struggling with morning sickness and fatigue in the first few months of her pregnancy, Lauren, 34, is now said to be ditching the takeaways for nutritious meals.

“Lauren has been eating a little bit unhealthily recently. During her first trimester she was feeling rough so she was eating anything to make herself feel better like takeaway pizza and other beige treats. But now she’s determined to get a proper diet plan in place,” a source close to the star told us.
