The pop star and country rooner Are an Unlikely Success Story

They bonded over broken hearts, then caught the feels. Now, more than three years later, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are more serious than ever. Few predicted the superstar duo would last – let alone be acting like two teenagers in love in the produce aisle.

Despite the fact their romance had ‘rebound’ written all over it – the pair fell for each other in 2015 amid highly publicised divorces (he from fellow country singer Miranda Lambert; she from rocker Gavin Rossdale) – Gwen and Blake have clearly found the real thing.

‘They’re both so down-to-earth,’ says Dexter Roberts, a contestant on season 16 of The Voice US (the show that brought the pair together). Team Blake finalist Kim Cherry adds, ‘They have so much chemistry and just look at each other with these loving eyes. They’re a match made in heaven.’

They started out as colleagues and pals. Blake announced his split from Miranda after four years of marriage in July 2015, and Gwen and Gavin – who share sons Kingston, 13, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, five – revealed they were ending their 13-year union a month later.
