She’s one half of the powerhouse duo who front Apple TV’s award-winning drama The Morning Show and Jennifer Aniston says she loves working on the hit series.

The 53-year-old actress is so invested in the show that, along with co-star Reese Witherspoon, 45, she executive produces it as well.

Season two saw Jen’s character – morning TV presenter Alex Levy – deal with Covid, cancel culture and the death of her former colleague.

As it’s announced that The Morning Show will return for a third season, the former Friends star talks about her thoughts on the latest series, how she gets into character and the lessons she’s learned while filming…

Hi Jennifer! The second series of The Morning Show focused on the concept of cancel culture. How does the show have these conversations in a way that’s even-handed?

It’s because that’s what we’re all experiencing now. People in the public eye are getting cancelled and it’s just “you’re done”, without any due process, supported or not. It’s said, “You did that and you’re done.” It just feels like that needs to be talked about.
