Built in the 17th century, this resting place for weary travellers is part of the famed Bolton Abbey Estate. The 40-bedroom hotel sits on the southern point of the stunning Yorkshire Dales and boasts a glorious spa, luxurious bedrooms and an award-winning restaurant.
But most importantly, four-legged canine companions are especially welcome. On arrival, our adored Cocker Spaniel Merlin was treated like a proper VIP (Very Important Pet) – making this the perfect winter break for pooches and their lucky owners.
