It’s been 10 months since Giovanna Fletcher was crowned ‘Queen of the Castle’ on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, but the author and podcaster reveals that the experience still hasn’t quite left her.
“I still go to message people now and then find a congratulations message they sent me in November!” she admits. “Then I feel bad because I’ve not replied. I just had so many of them when I finally got my phone back.”
After leaving the confines of the Welsh castle, the 36-year-old soon found herself and her family facing another lockdown. She and her husband, McFly singer Tom Fletcher, also 36, have three sons – Buzz, seven, Buddy, five, and three-year-old Max – and like so many parents were juggling work, parenting and homeschooling, while still trying to find precious time for themselves.
Giovanna’s I’m A Celeb success has brought her a whole new legion of fans who have discovered her books and podcast, Happy Mum, Happy Baby. And with two million Instagram followers to entertain, she is busier than ever…
Hi Giovanna! Do you still keep in touch with your I’m A Celeb campmates a year on from winning series 20?
