Things have become rather tumultuous in Alia Bhatt’s life after she signed a huge film titled Inshallah with the Sultan of Bollywood, Salman Khan who incidentally just doesn’t seem to see eye to eye with her lover Ranbir Kapoor. Will Alia buckle under Salman’s ire against Ranbir or will she stand up to fight for her love? Sumita Chakraborty analyses the turbulent quandary that’s going through Ms Bhatt’s heart, career and life.
Love sure is a complicated thing. And who better than Tinsel Town’s golden gal Alia Bhatt to know that. An actress par excellence, Alia has always been in a good space where her career is concerned. In fact, practically all her films have been raved about by the critics and audience alike, besides them being huge Box office hits too.
But her love life has been always a tad bit complicated and tumultuous - whether it was her ex beau, the very good looking Sid Malhotra, or now the love of her life Ranbir Kapoor. But in the past, her turbulent love life has never ever affected her career. However now after she’s bagged a film called Inshallah opposite the Khan of Khans, Salman Khan, that too a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, her entire being is in a quandary. How so, you may ask?
Well let’s shed some light on this and start with the beauteous Alia and how she recently threw all caution to the winds, and announced at an award’s ceremony that Ranbir Kapoor is indeed her “special one and my love”. How’s that for vociferously shouting out her love from rooftops? Mind you... this is something the tight-lipped Alia never did even when dating her ex-boyfriend Sid. Yes there were full on PDAs for all to see, yet, Alia never publicly called him “my love” or even acknowledged him as her boyfriend.
There’s something about Bollywood’s best-known dating machine Ranbir Kapoor who seems to knock out all the Bollywood beauties for a six, whether it’s exes Deepika or Katrina, or his current girlfriend Alia. And anybody who is in the know can tell you that Alia is obviously crazy about him and that is for all to see.
