“They reach a plateau in their relationship because they’ve been kind of walking this path for so long,” says Greg Vaughan (Eric). “This woman has really been there with a different kind of love. With Nicole, his relationship was pure, physical, deep love, but I think as we go through life, sometimes we find somebody that touches us differently. Jennifer has really contributed to Eric in his growth in different ways than Nicole ever did, and he finally finds peace in saying that he needs this individual in his life. The way to take it to the next level is to pop the question.”
